100% Almond Kernels (that have been blanched), Whey Protein Isolate, Whole Powdered Egg, Baking Powder, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Paprika, Onion Powder & Garlic Powder.
How to make
To prepare your Batter you will need:
- 60 – 70g unsweetened almond milk
- Food choice to batter
- Oil for frying
Make: Empty the contents of this pack into a bowl. Slowly stir in the milk, mixing the batter. Dip in your chosen food in the batter. Making sure you cover it all.
**If cooking seafood, dip the seafood in almond flour before dipping in the batter.
Fry: Place oil in a frying pan making sure it covers the pan. (Do not put too much in) Once the oil is hot, add the battered food. Do not turn too soon or the batter won’t stick. Try and only turn once. Once cooked, remove and season with salt. Enjoy!
