Missing Bread on Keto

Missing Bread on Keto

On Keto, you will not find an identical replacement for the carb-filled bread products. There are now some around that are fairly good. Several types can be found in the Keto WA store

I have found bread as one of the hardest things to give up when I started keto. I loved my toast, sandwiches, rolls, muffins, wraps, pizza bases etc all the things not allowed on the keto diet.

The keto diet is high-fat, moderate-protein, super-low-carb. While it has helped countless people lose weight, the rules of what you can and can’t eat are pretty restrictive.

In general, you should aim to eat fewer than 50 carbs a day to keep your body in the fat-burning state of ketosis. The general macro breakdown is 70 to 80 per cent fat, 15 to 20 per cent protein, and five to 10 per cent carbs. Since carbs are present in many healthy, keto-friendly foods such as leafy, non-starchy vegetables and low-sugar fruits.

If you’re truly missing bread products then, Keto WA can help you with some amazing Australian Keto Alternatives. The Monday Food CoAlmond white bread  or their Almond multi-seed bread
