I have found bread as one of the hardest things to give up when I started keto. I loved my toast, sandwiches, rolls, muffins, wraps, pizza bases etc all the things not allowed on the keto diet.
The keto diet is high-fat, moderate-protein, super-low-carb. While it has helped countless people lose weight, the rules of what you can and can’t eat are pretty restrictive.
